AI Engineer / student assistant
A part-time role for a student who already builds with AI and wants to learn even more by taking ownership of real products, users, and problems.
Your role
You will take an active part in developing Fruity AI's products. You will get close to how modern AI solutions are conceived, built, tested, and deployed.
You will own specific parts of our products and work closely with the rest of the team. Tasks may change from week to week because we are always experimenting with how AI can solve new problems.
What we are looking for
You study in or around Aarhus and can spend most of your working time at our office in Vestergade. Your particular degree matters less than your curiosity and what you have already built.
- You have hands-on experience with AI tools such as Codex or Claude Code.
- You can show us something you have built yourself, large or small.
- You are open, curious, and ready to take responsibility. That includes challenging the AI when its answer is not good enough.
- You can demonstrate how you work responsibly with AI, both technically and ethically.
- You want to keep expanding your technical skills.
Nice to have
Experience deploying a solution to cloud infrastructure is a plus, but not a requirement. What matters most is that you want to learn.
We would also love to hear from you if you can combine the role with an internship at Fruity AI. We have had great experiences with that setup.

The role is 12-16 hours per week. We will, of course, plan your hours around your studies.
